terms of service
1. I will be taking all commissions on an application basis via Google Forms. Filing out a form doesn't guarantee a slot. I will only contact those that were accepted.
2. Please have a clear and concise image of your character ready for the submission. A chibi or rough sketch with base colors are perfectly fine. You do not need a full reference sheet but if you do that would be appreciated!
3. The reference sheet that you provide with me is the image I will be using as I work on your commission. If you want me to make big changes I will be charging a design fee.
4. Once I finish the sketch please let me know if you want any changes. If you ask for changes after the sketch I will be charging for them. I will also be taking revision limits. After 2 revisions I will be charging extra.
5. Prices listed are base price only. If your character has extra elements such as a tail, ears, wings and complex design I will charge extra.
6. Please make sure you are 100% comfortable with how I draw as I will not deviate from my style.
7. You must clearly credit me on your all social media where my work will be seen.
8. You are not allowed to sell any parts of the model nor are you allowed to sell it any part of it as NFT's.
9. Under no circumstances are you or another artist is allowed to alter any parts of the model or Emotes.
10. Pricing does not include rigging. You will be paying for the model PSD file only.
11. If the client is giving me a hard time I have every right to stop the commission and to refund the client at any time.
12. Pricing comes with full commercial use and copyright however you are not allowed to sell your model or Emotes unless contacting me first.
13. Payment plans can be done in payments, weekly or monthly. however I will require at least 1 installment before I work on any art/model and full payment before I send the psd files to you.
14. I require a 2 week to a month window to work on your model this window will only begin when I begin working on your model not when you're added to my waitlist.
15. I do not accept any refunds.
16. I have every rights to decline any requests that I am not comfortable with.
17. I can make free changes on your model for the rigger but I will charge you more if it's any big changes.
18. Once details are confirmed and the commission is ready to be accepted, I will send you an invoice for the payment Via PayPal.
19. I only accept payment through PayPal.
20. I will ask if you are OK or not OK with me sharing progress publicly. Mostly on my Twitter.
21. I will send you the initial sketch with base colors and watermark for confirmation before moving forward to lines and coloring. I may ask for additional information regarding the character design so that I can efficiently split up parts. Any delay in your replies will delay the project's completion.
22. Once you purchase a model from me, you can commission new outfits, hairstyles, expressions etc. later on as well.
23. If you use my art or design in unaltered fashion that are outside of the scope of use that is previously described it is expected that you contact me for permission and possibly engage in negotiation when it is a monetized format.
24. Commissions are not first come first serve. I will look at all the applications and then decide which ones I want to work on.
25. When you are accepted you will be put on a client waitlist, till all payments are finalized.
26. By paying for the model and Emotes you agree to the all terms and services above.
